Medical disclaimer

Last updated 31 October 2026

The information on this website is provided for general education about Samarth IVF, its doctors, its centres and the services available. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a recommendation of any treatment for any individual.

No promise of results

Fertility treatment affects people differently. Suitability, the number of cycles, and the outcome depend on individual factors such as age, ovarian reserve and sperm health, and can only be assessed in person by a doctor. Nothing on this site should be read as a promise of pregnancy or of any particular result.

Patient privacy

In keeping with the National Medical Commission’s guidelines on ethical advertising and public communication, we do not publish patient testimonials, reviews, success rates or photographs of patients. Photos marked “Representative image” show models, not patients.

PCPNDT Act

Samarth IVF does not carry out sex determination or sex selection of any kind. Both are prohibited and punishable under the Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (Prohibition of Sex Selection) Act, 1994.

ART and Surrogacy Acts

Treatment involving donor eggs, sperm or embryos, and surrogacy, is offered only as permitted by the Assisted Reproductive Technology (Regulation) Act, 2021 and the Surrogacy (Regulation) Act, 2021. Commercial surrogacy and the sale of gametes or embryos are prohibited.

Emergencies

If you experience a medical emergency, such as severe abdominal pain or heavy bleeding during treatment, contact your treating centre or the nearest hospital emergency department.
